Purchasing Festival Tickets

Festival Tickets are available to purchase online from 9.00 am Monday 16th September 2019. If you have any questions relating to purchasing tickets please contact Humanitix via email – events@humanitix.com.au for further assistance.

It is highly recommended and much faster to buy tickets online – click here to buy online. If you need to buy over the phone please call after reading all the event information on our website including our FAQs here, Humanitix staff will not have answers to festival information that isn’t already on the site.

When calling you will need to have the following in advance:
1. The ticket types being bought.
2. Postcode, email, name and age of buyer.
3. Address for Camping Stickers delivery if buying camping pass.
4. How many years have you been attending the festival.


Your festival wristband will be collected upon first entry at the Main Gate Ticket Box (Gate # 2). Please bring your ticket with QR Code (sent to you in email with purchase receipt) with you to the Festival. You can show your ticket on your phone or print it out. Your wristband is your access to the festival. Your wristband must be fitted to your wrist and you must leave your wristband on for the duration of its validity. Once the wristband is removed it becomes void.


The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival does not refund tickets.

The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival is an all-weather event – no refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to the weather. For full Ticketing Codes of Practice, please visit www.liveperformance.com.au.

Refunds are sometimes offered in certain circumstances, such as medical issues and in accordance with the applicable Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for Event Ticketing.  These refunds need to be applied for in writing no later than 1 month after the close of the Festival.  Any requests for refunds received after this date will not be accepted.

Fees & Charges

Advertised ticket prices are exclusive of credit card Merchant Service Fees.

Please note this fee is displayed as the booking fee on your tax invoice.


The following entitle you to a concession priced ticket: Australian Government Pensioner Concession CardAustralian Government Commonwealth Seniors Health Card and the Australian Government DVA Health Card. Please note that you must bring your relevant proof of concession as you may be asked to provide this at the gates. Sorry, a Seniors Card does not entitle you to a concession ticket.

Youth Tickets

Youth Pass holders must be 13 – 17 years old at the time of the festival and proof of age may be required to gain entry.


Children 12 and under are free of charge.

Companion Cards

The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival is a participant of the National Companion Card scheme, offering disabled patrons holding a current companion card a second ticket for their accompanying companion at no charge.

When you arrive at the Ticket Box present your National Companion card, our staff will then allocate a corresponding complimentary pass. There is a limit of one companion pass issued on a daily basis. For further information please visit www.companioncard.gov.au/
